Our process is simple and straight-forward. Upon receiving your inquiry, I do the following:
Review Your Information
I’ll check out your website, social media accounts or anything else you wish to send my way. This allows me to learn as much as possible about your business before our initial phone call.
Free 30-Minute Consult
I’ll reach out to schedule a phone call, Google Hangout or Skype session, free of charge. During this time, I will learn about your business goals and the tasks you are looking to outsource. This part also determines if we are a good fit for working together.
I’ll also suggest the best package I feel would fit your needs. (I have 3 different types of packages you can choose from.)
- Project-Based – Great for help with one-time projects
- Monthly Package – Best for repeated, ongoing tasks that are needed each month
- A La Carte – Choose from any of our services – 3 hour minimum
My hourly rate runs anywhere from $40-$45/hour depending on the tasks you need support with. I also offer discounted flat-rates to help save you money.
Contract & Details
The next step is a quick contract with details. I’ll craft one up and send it your way. You can then let me know if you agree or want changes.
If you decide the contract is perfect as-is, you can sign it and send it back my way. I’ll then sign the contract and send a copy back to you.
Sometimes I require a down-payment for new clients. The contract will state this, and you may receive an invoice for so much down in advance.
Once the proposal is signed and accepted, I can begin work on your project(s). You can send me anything you wish via email or Dropbox, or any other way that is convenient for you.
